Online Marketing

Online Marketing is a way of promoting your goods or services out in the whole world with the use of the internet. It is a promising way of advertising and is mostly filled with anticipation. Because of how widely we are using the internet in this generation, online marketing offers thrilling possibilities to those who wants to or is engaged in a business.

It is a strategy that curbs its ways depending on what is in trend.  It is fast and changing. Online marketing is not something you put all your work and money into. It is an uncertainty yet it is an investment. The process of learning is continuous and one must be willing to commit himself/herself for a successful result.

This specific way of marketing is building relationships to your customers, using the P2P (people to people) strategy. You’ll have to get what your customer wants and eventually win his/her affections so that he/she would be a regular customer. Because this is the internet we are talking about, consumers want immediate information or services. Since this is the matter, your marketing process must be fast too so that it will hastily give your clients the satisfaction.

According to McGraw-Hill’s Online Marketing, there are five key components on how to have an effective online marketing: 1. Awareness; 2. Communication/information distribution; 3. Connection; 4. Service and; 5. Sales. First, your target audience should be familiar to what you are selling or offering. Second, as we all know communication seeks to inform and give knowledge so it is needed in case one is engaging in online marketing. Next is connection towards your product or your advertisement. Does it, in a way, evokes a strong feeling from your consumers towards to an object that you are proposing?  Another one is attending to your customer’s wants and needs and giving them the support that you can uphold. Last is always encourage yourself to build ‘bonds’ to your consumers and to gather sales. These five gives map to the labyrinth that is online marketing.

One of its major benefits is that it is accessible to anyone. An individual from the other side of the world can go check any given information at any time of the day. It is direct selling and like what is said above, it builds business-to-consumer relationships. You can do it with a low budget and you can change and analyze your ways and decisions. The process is fast, sales are ensured and there are savings.

Online marketing works in a ‘what’s hot’ category. You can propose to customers using either famous social networking sites such as Facebook or make an advertisement on the popular video streaming website, Youtube. There are online services that will offer you with creating banner ads and displaying it with various sites. It is also applicable in blogs. Using e-mails to send messages and information regarding your goods/services to your customers also works as online marketing. There are sites like ebay or AyosDito wherein you’ll just have to input anything about what you are selling and in a click, you’ll find yourself a customer. All one has to do is to communicate and inform, be attentive to the client, discuss, create relations, deal and then out came profit.

Marketing effects

Marketing is a strategy used by businesses and is where advertising, sales and promotion belongs to. It is used encouraging consumers. Marketing concerns the introducing of value of the goods and services that a certain business offers to its customers/clients. It aims to win both profit and the customer's trust for their products.

There are various ways of marketing. One of the most well-known and mass-produced are advertisements. Advertisements may range from commercials, banner ads, bulletin boards, pamphlets, etc. These are really catchy to the viewer's eyes. Another is personal selling wherein an employee introduces the products to those that are interested. Sales promotion are those limited offers. For example are the free coupons, the buy one take one promos and those that comes with a mug, plate or lunchbox. Direct Marketing is informing a targeted audience through the use of mails and alike. Another one is public relations which held parties for something that will get the attention of the people. Because of these marketing strategy, people were influenced to buy or try a product. There is recognition from consumers whenever they hovers on an aisle, choosing what brands they will buy.

Marketing affects me as a consumer just as I said above. I buy a product if there is a limited offer because it encourages me and gives me a mindset that I have somewhat save money. Advertisements attracts me to buy  a food or an object. It influences me to buy and choose what brand I should consider.

Importance of Multimedia Arts

Multimedia arts are about the visual arts itself followed with different types of arts, consisting of literature, music, dancing and filmmaking. It doesn’t only entertain viewers but it also seeks to inform and to encourage thinking and ideas. It gives the audience a sense of understanding simple and complex things and situations with the synchronization of drawing or designing manually with the help of technology-based devices. It is, as Richard Wagner had visualized in his ideals, “The complete artwork”.

Everywhere we look at, we can see the different evidences of this, from pretty pictures to that Disney animated movie we just watched last Sunday. We may not notice it, but it’s been a part of our daily lives. Advertisements about hair care and toothpaste in our televisions, the music videos we see in Youtube and music channels, billboards and magazines, the astounding visuals of a simulation or an action game and the animation films that probably is a part of our movie collection-all has traces of multimedia arts. Even a simple website design or a swirl that is enough to please the eyes is parts of it.

What is the importance of these things and why waste money-millions, just to beautify something that you can just put up together effortlessly and ta-da! just to show people of the capability of an idea or a product? It would be much cheaper to just throw anything and everything, yes? Although, by doing this, will the idea you wanted to propose will make people think that it’s worth a glance or to try?
The five senses, especially the sense of and hearing decide what things the human would draw his/her attention to. The point of hiring and making visual arts is they draw attention to an individual. Something that catches our gaze, we look, watch and approach it, right? That’s why in order for businesses to make more money is to advertise something that, let me be informal-to make the things they sell or the certain company itself to look awesome. Hence, it makes old and new consumers to try what they have. That’s one of the key points of marketing and advertising.

‘Every person have their own beauty’ or perhaps a silent campaign of ‘Hey, the world is filled with beautiful things and riches, why destroy it?’ It makes us aware of what is around us, to think what is right and what is not.
Not only is it convenient for businesses. In photography, you take images of what is around you. This involves the beauty of a person or a place. Something that makes us stop and think along the lines of
Films and animations are not there just to keep us from getting bored. Partnered with literature and music, theatre arts and effects, it proposes a certain situation on our lives. From the long list of genres we engage ourselves into, we cry, we laugh, we scream, we sympathize, we feel. It provokes emotions from us and attachment to a certain character because one may portray us. It engages us to think something that our minds haven’t venture into, it gives us something positive to look and it teaches us. It gives us attributes that may add into our personality, as a person.

What is life before without multimedia? Multimedia connotes itself as doing a piece with your hand and mind with the help of electronic devices, in technology means. Multimedia artists use the advantage of technology in creating a work. One cannot call it multimedia arts without the features of technology, but instead we call it mixed media. This includes everything about fine and visual arts that is created manually, purely mind and hands. Paintings used by Leonardo Da Vinci to let us see what the Last Supper is like, like Salvador Dali’s understanding about the memory and time and how Goya introduces the violence during the outbreak in Spanish times. Simple texts on papers or verbally they advertises, anything that doesn’t need computers but only manual labor for advertising and proposing has been going on for years, maybe before we even know. They just do it simply but with complexity.

I’ll say that it is indeed a far outcry from before and now. It’s much easier and we’re more accessible to see multimedia works.  Although both had exercised and applied the purpose of visual arts-perception, production of today’s works and making one is much easier and much more hassle-free. It reaches through different corners of a region, a country or even the whole world.
